WSJS Radio (600AM), a festival co-host, was present both Friday (doing a live afternoon broadcast) and Saturday. WSJS Program Director Mike Fendley interviewed local winemakers, representatives from the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office, and regular financial advisor guests during his Friday afternoon show, while WSJS staffers assisted in the setup.

The North Carolina Grape Council, a festival co-host, helped setting up on Friday, and a dozen volunteers staffed an information booth just inside the entrance to the festival, providing the 4,500 attendees with information about grape growing and the Grape Council.
Live entertainment was provided by Sweet Dreams, the Alamance Jazz Band, Janice Price, and the Piedmont Wine Symphony, for the enjoyment of the crowd and the wineries.
